The Auction world is full of companies competing to be the oldest, and by implication, the most trustworthy. Their communications usually involve reference to the year they were established. In many cases centuries ago. Part of their business model is to have traditional auction rooms. How do you help an online auction house with no history compete with such august institutions?
Think of a logo and strapline which encapsulates the benefit of a completely online auction room. Dramatise the revolutionary approach to bidding with an equally modern type style which can be continued through other communications. Create a contemporary colour scheme unlike the greens, browns and blues of the traditional houses.
